![]() ![]() Eliminates MiasmaĬlean scattered owned all (use at your own risk, confiscates scattered clothes, be sure to check the commands to only get rid of what you don't want)Ĭlean all (entire map wiped-clean, top to bottom, does not remove body parts or corpses) Liquids and contaminates stack up into the thousands. > Clean is a useful tool for quickly cleaning up some or all of your fort. > Causes undead to deteriorate over time, starting after 1 month and rotted away by 6 months > Script for adding sources of flowing or still water/magma. ![]() > Create magma and water, stop /moving flowing liquid tiles for FPS including settable depths > Fastdwarf is a toggable method of getting some frames back by speeding up citizens or using teleportaion for minimal pathing Timestream -rate 1 (Resets everything back to normal, regardless of other arguments) Timestream -fps 100 -units (Calendar & units are simulated at 100 FPS) ![]() Timestream -fps 100 (Calendar runs at dynamic speed to simulate 100 FPS, units normal) Timestream -rate 2 (Calendar runs at x2 normal speed, units run at normal speed) The script is also capable of dynamically speeding up the game based on your current FPS to mitigate the effects of FPS death. > Timestream controls the speed of the calendar and creatures. Huge time-saver and memory-jogger for long play period breaks. It stores indefinitely every command you enter and they are selectable using the arrow keys. Such as turn on "fastdwarf 1" and get a hauling job done quick and once finished, ALT + TAB to DFhack and press the up arrow once and change it to "fastdwarf 0" instead of retyping. In the DFhack prompt, you can scroll your previous entries by using the up and down arrows to save time. (For example: type "clean" into dfhack and it will list all available commands such as "clean all"). IN DF HACK, AT ANY TIME, type "ls" or "dir" for all scripts, type only the script name for syntax etc. I please ask that this does not become a cluster of people saying how, or how not, to play the game. The word "HACK" is in the title and implies such. Lastly, I know there is some disagreement within the community about using dfhack as a "cheating tool". If there is interest, I can cover other aspects of DFhack in a more digestable manner here on the subreddit covering all of my most used commands and the way I use them including blantant cheats as well ways to get a better grasp of your fort thru longer alerts and seeing the cause of death for any being. I have copied and pasted examples and descriptions directly from the wiki but I wanted easily Cut+Paste command at my fingertips. I have assembled this list to help keep track for myself and thought you may find it useful. It is maintained by the amazing modding communtity, someof which are active on these very forums.
